About O'Hara's
Carlow Brewing Company was founded in 1996 by the O’Hara family with a strong desire to revive a tradition of small private breweries once common in every town and village in Ireland. Their aim was to produce beer as it used to be brewed – with natural ingredients and no artificial additives - and the result is a superior quality product.
